Disassembling and Installing Power Supply

When a power supply is not working or when an error code related to the power supply is displayed on a main interface of WhatsMinerTool, you can remove the power supply and check it. For details about error code and WhatsMinerTool, see WhatsMinerTool_Operation Guide_V2.0_20250311. Before performing this operation, please power off the hydro-cooling miner and take it out from a cabinet.

Disassembling Power Supply

Step 1 Loosen and remove all fixing screws on an upper housing of a hydro-cooling miner, and then open the upper housing.

Step 2 Disconnect a flat cable from a control board, and then remove the upper housing.

Step 3 Unscrew screws that secure copper bars, and then remove the copper bars connecting a power supply and a hydro-cooling plate.

Step 4 Unscrew screws that secure the power supply and the hydro-cooling plate together, unscrew screws that secure the power supply to the lower housing, and then remove the hydro-cooling plate and the power supply separately.

Installing Power Supply

Step 1 Place a power supply and hydro-cooling plate back onto a lower housing in order, screw in screws that secure the power supply to the lower housing and tighten them, and then screw in screws that secure the power supply and hydro-cooling plate and tighten them.

Step 2 Place copper bars connecting the power supply and the hydro-cooling plate in a correct position, and then screw in screws that secure the copper bars and tighten them.

Note: Positive and negative poles of the copper bars must be connected correctly.

Step 3 Plug in flat cables connected to the control board, align the disassembled upper housing according to its original position, and then close it onto the lower housing.

Step 4: Screw in the screws that secure the upper housing to the lower housing and tighten them.
