1. Whether lack of grounding could damage a power supply and a miner, and whether it would reduce their lifespan?
If there is no grounding, it can lead to voltage instability, static buildup, and increased risk of damage to the power supply and the miner, shortening their lifespan. It may also cause electric shocks or fires. Pleases always use grounded (3-prong) plugs and surge protectors to safeguard the power supply and the miner.
2. Which part of a miner is for the ground wire?
The ground wire connects to the surface of the entire miner.
3. Does M65 series use three-phase power supply or a single-phase power supply?
Three-phase power supply.
4. Given that I already have an existing setup using P33 cables with a three-phase 380V power supply, does the M60 series have a compatible three-phase power supply unit (PSU)? Or will I need to convert my current setup to a single-phase power supply instead?
Our current M60 series utilize single-phase power supply. If your three-phase output includes a neutral line (i.e., three-phase four-wire system), you can modify the wiring to support single-phase operation.
5. For M63S series hydro-cooling miners, if I need to use a single-head power cable with plug, does the green/yellow wire the ground and the other three wires the phases?
Yes. The green/yellow wire the ground. Refer to the following figure for details.

6. What is the maximum switching time (this is the switching time between different power sources (for example, the general network and the energy storage system)) between power supplies in milliseconds?
Our power supply can withstand approximately 1/4 cycle of power failure, which means the switching time should be within 5ms.
