20. Regarding the hydro-cooling miner, what the required deltaT is between inlet and outlet temperatures?
For the hydro-cooling miner, under the condition of a flow rate of 10L/MIN, the deltaT is about 10°C in a normal mode, and the deltaT is about 14.5°C in a high performance mode.
21. What range should the temperature of the hashboard be for it to be ideal?
The range for the hashboard being lower than 80 degrees Celsius is ideal.
22. What is the decibel level of noise produced when the hydro-cooling miner or immersion cooling miner operates?
The hydro-cooling miner or the immersion cooling miner operates with almost no noise, and the noise level depends on the supporting system.
23. Can the fan be disabled from rotating through operations in the software?
At present, you are unable to perform relevant operations in the software to disable the fan, but we will consider developing such a feature in the future. Now you can perform related operations on the fan through the API, as detailed in the API documentation on our official website.
24. How high is the chip temperature when the coolant temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius? Is this high temperature harmful to the miner in the long term?
The temperature of chips varies among different models, and the temperature also varies under different operating power. Don't worry too much about the temperature of the chip, there are some protection mechanisms inside the miner to protect it.
In the long term, the high temperature may cause high-temperature corrosion, which in turn can have an impact on the miner. There may be such a possibility, but there is currently no large amount of data to support it.
25. Where does the miner measure the temperature?
There are hundreds of temperature sensors inside the miner that can measure the temperature.

27. What is maximum temperature difference between a liquid outlet and a liquid inlet of M63 series?
For M63 series, the maximum temperature difference between inlet liquid and outlet liquid depends on the type of the coolant and rated flow at that time. For example, if your select pure water (or distilled water) + special corrosion inhibitor as a liquid medium, and the rated flow at that time is 10 L/min, the temperature difference between inlet and outlet corresponds to 10 L/min is close to 10 ℃ @ normal mode, 14 ℃ @ high performance mode. For another example, if your select different concentrations of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol as antifreeze + pure water (or distilled water) + special corrosion inhibitor as a liquid medium, the temperature difference between inlet and outlet will vary with the concentration of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol and rated flow rate at that time.
You can see the following table for details.
20 % ethylene glycol or propylene glycol solution + pure water (distilled water) + special corrosion inhibitor | Rated flow: ≥ 10.7 L/min Temperature difference between inlet liquid and outlet liquid corresponds to 10.7 L/min is close to 10 ℃ @ normal mode, and 14 ℃ @ high performance mode. |
30 % ethylene glycol or propylene glycol solution + pure water (distilled water) + special corrosion inhibitor | Rated flow: ≥ 11 L/min Temperature difference between inlet liquid and outlet liquid corresponds to 11 L/min is close to 10 ℃ @ normal mode, and 14 ℃ @ high performance mode. |
40 % ethylene glycol or propylene glycol solution + pure water (distilled water) + special corrosion inhibitor | Rated flow: ≥ 11.4 L/min Temperature difference between inlet liquid and outlet liquid corresponds to 11.4 L/min is close to 10 ℃ @ normal mode, and 14 ℃ @ high performance mode. |
50 % ethylene glycol or propylene glycol solution + pure water (distilled water) + special corrosion inhibitor | Rated flow: ≥ 11.6 L/min Temperature difference between inlet liquid and outlet liquid corresponds to 11.6 L/min is close to 10 ℃ @ normal mode, and 14 ℃ @ high performance mode. |
